Handcrafted baker's brush in birch and horsehair can be used to spread flour evenly over a baking board, removes excess flour from bread, and clean work surfaces. Since horsehair is heat resistant it can be used in the oven. The beautiful handle was designed, shaped and oiled for comfort, and the bristle type was carefully selected.
BRUSH CARE: With a little simple care, your brush will age beautifully and last for years. Clean your brush with soap and warm water, and let it dry bristles down. We recommend oiling the wood on occasion with food-grade oil. Allow the oil to absorb before your next use.
This brush is handmade by visually impaired craftsmen following traditional Swedish techniques used for over a hundred years.
