Handcrafted mushroom brush in birch and horsehair. Fresh mushrooms lose flavor when they are rinsed in water - dirt and soil should be brushed or cut off. This handy mushroom brush effectively removes dirt and debris without damaging fungus. The brush also works great as a bread baking brush! The beautiful handle was designed, shaped and oiled for comfort, and the bristle type was carefully selected.
BRUSH CARE: With a little simple care, your brush will age beautifully and last for years. Clean your brush with soap and warm water, and let it dry bristles down. We recommend oiling the wood on occasion with food-grade oil. Allow the oil to absorb before your next use.
This brush is handmade by visually impaired craftsmen following traditional Swedish techniques used for over a hundred years.
