Oven safe and works on all stovetops, including induction. To prevent rust during shipping each pan is coated in a thin layer of flaxseed oil, which may become discolored or sticky. However, fear not! When you receive the pan wash it with soap and water to remove the oil then proceed with your favorite seasoning method.
